Everyone working for InterGest speaks at least English or German, in addition to native a language. Each client has an assigned employee, and in the case that services are provided to a company which has foreign management, this employee shall have the relevant language skills.
The services which InterGest provides can generally be summarised within the following points:
- personnel and payroll
- bookkeeping and accountancy
- tax consulting
- provision of ERP SW and DMS used by InterGest on SaaS basis
- use of modern OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology for processing recurrent received documents
- provision of bookkeeping and accountancy on different client’s ERP SW (for example SAP R3 or Infor Lawson etc.)
- contacting other offices and institutions, including preparation of bank payment instructions and following checking of liability payments
- agreed other services in a field of administration according to the request of the client
